From February 15th 2010, Bowen practitioners who have been registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (see www.CNHC.org.uk for the role of this organisation) can request to be identified on the Bowen Therapists' European Register using the CNHC kitemark: .
This in no way indicates that one practitioner is more qualified than another since the criteria for being a FULL member of BTER and the criteria for joining the CNHC Register are exactly the same. |

If you have any difficulty finding a Bowen therapist near you, please get in touch so we can assist you.
|
|
Full BTER members are accredited therapists with certificates in Anatomy & Physiology and First Aid;
they also abide by a strict Code of Conduct and Ethics and are committed to ongoing training.
Please note: The Bowen Technique is a therapy that will work effectively alongside and in conjunction with conventional medicine, but should not be mixed with other complementary therapies without advice from your therapist.
It is not intended as a substitute for medical advice or treatments recommended by your doctor.
